SPENDING

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 7, 2026

About these terms

These terms cover the Spending website and describe use of Spending, published by Danut Florian. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using Spending

Use Spending lawfully on devices you own or control. You are responsible for the information you enter, import or share, and for reviewing receipt recognition and suggested categories. Spending is a personal expense tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app offers a free tier, auto-renewing Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Available features, prices, billing periods and any trial terms are displayed before purchase in the app and App Store. Apple processes payment. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable rights.

Your data and sharing

You retain rights to your content. Keep exports or backups appropriate to your needs. Invite only intended recipients and check sharing settings. Stopping a share does not necessarily remove previously imported copies on another device.

Availability and responsibility

Features may depend on compatible devices, software, language and Apple services. We aim to keep Spending reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free recognition. Warranty and liability provisions are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update the site, app and these terms. The revised date identifies the current version. For questions, contact support@thespending.app.
