Need a hand? Email us with your device, OS version and Spending version. Support is available in English and Romanian. Please do not send receipts, account numbers or sensitive financial information.
Email support ↗Restore purchases
Open Spending → Settings → Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
iCloud sync
Check that you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and the device is online. There is no separate in-app sync switch.
Receipt scanning
Use a sharp, well-lit image with the merchant, total and date visible. Always check the suggestions before saving.
Export or delete data
Open Settings → Data. Export is a Pro feature. You can delete individual expenses or erase app data from settings.
